AROMA NOVA

Perfume Filling & Bottling

Filling is where a formula becomes a product a customer can hold. AROMA NOVA fills, closes, labels and packs finished perfume as part of its European manufacturing operations.

What does perfume filling and bottling involve?

Perfume filling and bottling covers dosing the finished fragrance into its bottle, fitting and crimping the pump or closure, applying caps and labels, and packing the product into its secondary packaging, with quality checks at defined stages.

Filling and finishing steps

  • Component intake and inspection
  • Filling of the finished fragrance
  • Pump or closure fitting and crimping
  • Cap application and finishing
  • Labeling with the required product information
  • Cartoning, cellophaning where applicable, and packing

Component compatibility

Bottles, pumps, caps and labels must work together and with the product itself. Component selection is therefore reviewed together with the product format before production is scheduled.
