About AROMA NOVA

AROMA NOVA is a European perfume manufacturer and private label fragrance partner. We develop, formulate and manufacture perfume for companies that sell under their own brand — from first-time labels to established fragrance houses.

Our work is organised around a single European production site that combines fragrance development, compounding, filling and finishing under one roof. Formulation, quality control and packaging are handled by the same team, so a brief moves from olfactory direction to a filled, labelled and boxed product without changing supplier.

The people involved in a project are the same throughout: a fragrance development contact for the composition, a production contact for the manufacturing specification, and a regulatory contact for the documentation that a perfume needs before it reaches the European market.

Fine fragrance and related product formats manufactured under our clients' brands: private label ranges, contract-manufactured products to an approved specification, OEM and ODM programmes, white label products built on existing directions, and fully custom compositions.

Fragrance work covers selection from existing directions, adaptation of an existing composition, and creation of a new fragrance from an olfactory brief. Development is always carried out with the finished product format, the packaging and the target market in mind.

Our portfolio contains more than 6,000 fragrance formulas across a wide range of fragrance families, styles, markets and brand concepts. For most projects this shortens development considerably: a direction close to the brief becomes the starting point, and refinement begins from there rather than from a blank page.

Manufacturing covers production according to the approved formula, filling and bottling, closure fitting, labeling, secondary packaging and final quality control — so a project does not have to be split across several suppliers.

Production runs under GMP-certified processes, with controlled raw materials, documented procedures, defined quality checks and batch traceability. This is what allows a repeat batch to match the approved reference.

Depending on the product and market requirements, a perfume placed on the European market involves documentation alongside the fragrance: ingredient and allergen information, INCI labeling data, a safety assessment, a product information file and notification. We develop with these requirements in view and support clients through the process. We do not provide legal advice.
